Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.
However, we will gladly offer returns or exchanges on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
